"Very poor service"

We came to your restaurant on sunday 15th march 2015. we arrived at 9.30am. we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. my partner had to approach a member of staff after 15 minutes to ask them to take our order. after over 20 minutes (after reminding someone) we eventually got our drinks! we ordered one large breakfast and one eggs benedict, we waited nearly half an hour from first ordering to receive our food. 2 other families walked out while we were there due to the slowness of the service. there were 2 members of staff on serving some 10 families, which I feel is just ludicrous. the food was good but nobody took the time to apologise. we were very disappointed indeed. we do have the receipt should someone like to verify this..
