"All on the floor "

Bought helium balloon yesterday for birthday celebration, every single balloon was on the floor by midnight and ruin birthday surprise. We enquired about in the morning. Firstly there were very rude and unprofessional and their attitude was dismissive , another lady join the conversation and said It must be cold and you are lucky they lasted more than 3 hours . I was very unhappy with their absolute unfriendly service .

Lady in fact followed me to Clinton store and start asking about then how long your ballon last, reply was balloon in window have been for 3 days and still looking good !

I will not recommend them at all and would not shop in future .

I have previously had good experience with Clinton and hoping for similar this too.
