"Architect Has No Plans!"

Not a bad architect but not does not use CAD and therefore his methods are rather old fashioned and slow. He does not operate normal office hours which at times can be very frustrating. For example, he is often not in the office until 11.30, sometimes later. He does work later than most other architects but this is not much help if you need assistance or information at 9.am. I would not recommend him but purely on the basis that he is a one man band and often can't seem to live up to his promises, therefore plans are often late. A very pleasant man to deal with though..
