"Angry manager"

Super helpful staff but when I left I unfortunately used the wrong door and the manager came out into the street shouting at me about leaving the door open and being very sarcastic. I apologised immediately but this seemed to make him even more angry and continue his verbal attack on me. How many times do I need to apologise to this horrid entitled person. Can nobody make a mistake in this world. Seriously the worl did not end, nobody died, I used the wrong door!

Anger management is required..
