"Very dissapointing"

Called into the restaurant on 4th may it was about 12 15 we ordered soup waited 40 minutes for it to come out no apology because it had taken so long very dissapointing the soup had no flavour at all it should of been carrot & coriander will probably think twice about going again loads of people were complaining how long they had waited the girl at the till said you should of been told about the wait well we hadn't maybe your team should all work together and inform everyone ..
